Case Study: Ms A (Oxford)

Mrs A who lives in Oxford was pressing her lifeline when she needed her husband’s attention and he was in a different part of the house. Realising this was not the best use of the pendant Mrs A's needs were reassessed. The best solution for Mrs A was to add a pager to their plan.

Mrs A still has the emergency call pendant and when pressed she is connected to our UK based 24/7 monitoring centre. If Mrs A needs her husband the pager her husband  wears around the house and garden.
